There's something about QE no longer done in Panther and above? You do need a Radeon or better card ... I couldn't get it to work under Panther, even with a Radeon 7000 ME.
You need a newer version of PCI Extreme. It works fine on my rev 1. Blue and White with a Radeon Mac Edition (original) on Tiger 10.4.4.
