You do need a Radeon or better card ...
I couldn't get it to work under Panther, even with a Radeon 7000 ME.
You need a newer version of PCI Extreme.
It works fine on my rev 1. Blue and White with a Radeon Mac Edition
(original) on Tiger 10.4.4.

Hi,
do you have other PCI Cards installed ? I Tried QE hack on my B&W
with Radeon Mac Edition and came into data loss of FireWire drives
attached to a PCI FireWire Card.
