But getting SVG to work nice and smooth with web pages is something I have yet 
to see. *sigh*

If anyone knows how to get an SVG to work as a background that stretches and 
adjusts as least as
well as my examples, I'd love to see it. Only once have I seen an SVG that 
actually scales on a web
page, and it still didn't work very well.
