it seems to me like job postings are very time sensitive. an employer
looks for someone, then finds someone. at that point, they are no
longer interested in getting calls/emails/contacts. it becomes a
nuisance that that point.

if you are interested in keeping employers interested in using uphpu
for job/position posting, i would suggest a fairly reasonable
maintenance schedule for the job posting sections.

just my thoughts. i'm sure there are other opinions out there as well. :)
