if you are interested in keeping employers interested in using uphpu
for job/position posting, i would suggest a fairly reasonable
maintenance schedule for the job posting sections.

just my thoughts. i'm sure there are other opinions out there as well. :)

SLLUG and PLUG both archive their lists (publicly) though and get plenty of posts from employers.
