This is a good suggestion for reducing the amount of mistakes in postings.
2. Change the job list to an announcement that something new has been posted to uphpu.org/jobs, where people can go to see all currently listed job openings. Allow anyone who posted a job to change it later.
I much prefer to receive job announcements in my inbox than having to follow a link to the website to view them.
