Normally I get messages back within a few minutes. When you posted this
there was some outage for a few hours which interfered greatly with mail
deliver (this didn't have anything to do with our server).

If we notice the list performance dropping off we will of course take
measures to improve it. But my experience has been that our list is one of
the fastest that I'm on and delivers very quickly on average.
