Ellen,

I can tell by your comments that you are feeling upset, and as you can tell
by all the discussions of pricing on the list, RunRev has a lot of work to
do to get the pricing model sorted out. I know the people at RunRev, and can
assure you that there was no intention to mislead.

I am one of the "serious developer adults" you speak about, and I can tell
you that you are definitely entitled to your opinion... everyone is entitled
to their opinion. And regardless of whether people feel that opinion matches
their own, you are certainly entitled to express it. At the same time,
however, there are obviously going to be people who do not share your
opinion and want to post their own. You should see this as OK as well, and
not condemn them for *their* opinions either.

If you are feeling that dissatisfied with Revolution, perhaps you should
contact RunRev to see if you can get a refund. If not, I would suggest
holding on until the pricing model is sorted out and then contact RunRev
directly to express your opinions. They are certainly valid, but now that
Kevin has made a call to have pricing-related conversations directed to him
and moved off-list, continuing to post them on the list does not serve your
purpose.

If you feel I am wrong to ask you to do this, I would be more than happy to
continue this discussion privately.

Thanks,

Ken Ray
