One lot covers 12x17 meters of water and space in a parking garage for one car. Costs 150-200,000 euro's. What you get is the right to use water and land for 50 years. I'm not sure about the exact sales price of 'my' houseboats but an estimated guess is that they will sell at between 300,000 and 500,000 euro's. So, for around 600,000 euro's (750,000 U$ or 858,000 CAD) you'll have your own houseboat in Amsterdam. Should I move to Quebec? Frank Bueters
