Matthias,

After a few attempts I got it working!

Feeling tempted to learn JS scripting... assuming it will still be relevant in V6! (I got a scripting trauma after learning V3 RPL)

Here's an idea to get something similar through VSL and displacement:
- use Map2Obj to assign texture or procedural values to a user channel, animate if wanted
- in a VSL shader, read this channel and use it to modify Bump Height
- apply to SDS or nurbs spheres with suitable max displacement
Obviously, this would be very slow compared to the analytical shapes...

Great work on this, thanks for taking the trouble,

Mark H

Use it like this:

1. Create a Object or level with objects
2. Create 3 Tags as seen on the attached tags image (all as "Float" with value "1") (Note: The Tags will give a better and animatable control, if the script is assigned) 3 Open the scripts tab and assign the script below, end of mail (copy'n'paste)
   Set "Command Language" to "JavaScript".
