Hi Magnolia,

I am planing to upgrade from Magnolia 4.4.2 to the latest version of Magnolia
5.X

I see that the latest version of Magnolia uses Java 8 , however my current
version of Magnolia 4 uses Java 6. When I performing the upgarde , I can no
longer work on Magnolia 4.4.

1) We still need to be able to support our MAgnolia 4.4.2 on localhost. Is
there some configuration , I can make on Magnolia instance 4.4.2 , so that it
refers to Java 6 on my system and works , so that both the instances work at
the same time on my local?

2) Actually we are also looking to update our standard desktops to IE 11 & Java
8, so what other compatibility issues may exists between 4.4.2 & 5.4.3, that
would prevent a Windows System capable of running 5.4.3 from running 4.4.2
instead.

Thanks

Best Regards,
Anindam
