Let us check, because we noticed that we had caching enabled (bitmap, off-screen, glyph), we're connecting mainly to windows server 2003, 2008 and 2012 machines because of the systems embedded and it looks like this is more stable, we will check logs and if problem persists we will share logging information to drill down in the problem.
