There is a plugin called RDFScape, but it needs some updates to
support new versions of Cytoscape:

Handling huge RDF data sets in Cytoscape is an item on our TODO list,
and that's one of the reasons we want to support Neo4j to appeal
Cytoscape to semantic web community.
