Much appreciated thanks. I think you'll be happy with some of the
next
features that are released. We are definitely working on a POM
editor,
but a good one will take some work. We have waited this long to
release this version because we wanted to release something of good
quality. We'll continue down this path with the features we continue
to add.
Is there a release plan?
It's a work in progress, and again it's going to complete and clear
before we publish it.
And is the development of the plugin a real open source project? Or
is
this developed internal in your company and only the sources are
published?
There's a public SVN already, we're working on the headless build
and all the code is EPL. So I'm not sure what you mean by a "real"
open source project. We're doing code drops if that's what you mean.
We have worked quietly with a lot of our clients to improve the
code, but there's nothing we have that isn't in the SVN repository
now.
I meant to say there we're not doing code drops, I believe that is the
crappiest way to run a project possible. Everything is here:
http://svn.sonatype.org/m2eclipse/
Hmm, should the content of the SVN be compilable? Is there something
todo after checkout? I get some red points that some packages are not
available...
I'm sure Eugene can help you out with those.
Thanks
Thorsten

You are never dedicated to something you have complete confidence in.
No one is fanatically shouting that the sun is going to rise tomorrow.
They know it is going to rise tomorrow. When people are fanatically
dedicated to political or religious faiths or any other kind of
dogmas or goals, it's always because these dogmas or
goals are in doubt.
