Very needed for me (and others) when using inside a Tomcat with AJP
and Apache 2.x front end.
We won't be supporting tomcat. I explained the reasoning on the Maven
user list and I'll put it in the FAQ. We will be supporting the single
runtime, for support, and testing reasons. In addition to the robust
nature of the Jetty community versus the continually degrading Tomcat
community.
