Before creating a new host, you have to relog as admin*jim.
The sitegroup feature in the host management page used to work, but does
not anymore due to a midgard restriction AFAIR, so it won't be present
in next release anymore.

OK, this is a bug that won't be present in the next release (well I hope
;)
You can go in group/users, open the group and click on the user (the one
you're logged with), click on preferences and click on AsgardTreeHost,
then delete AsgardTreeHost in the form field (let the field blank) and
submit the form.
The tree will be closed.
