I've been going over pieces of the code relating to membership but I
currently
can't find anything. Continuing.

http://www.iris-advies.com/php/Emile.Heyns/asgard.sql.bz2 is an sql
dump of what's in the RPM data package.
http://www.iris-advies.com/php/Emile.Heyns/midgard-data.conf is the
midgard apache configuration that goes with it. Maybe that helps
for now.
Multidb can be used in a non-sitegroup environment offering nearly
the same features. The main things you'll be missing from Asgard
are tree handling (copying/moving) and blob handling.
