Hi,
on
http://www.netzwissen.de/archiv/midgard/apache1319_midgard_cvs080501_strace.zip
I've put a recently made strace output for the well-known segfault
problem on SUSE and others:
[Wed May 9 16:11:38 2001] [notice] child pid 18998 exit signal
Segmentation fault (11)
I used apache 1.3.19 (homegrown from src.rpm) and freshly-compiled
midgardlib, mod_midgard and midgard_php4 from cvs of 8.5.2001, 19:20h
The apache was started with
strace -ff -o /tmp/httpd.trace /usr/sbin/httpd -D PHP4 MIDGARD SUSEHELP
-f /etc/httpd/httpd.conf
I then performend:
- normal access to index.html of this server OK
- access to a php project (non-midgard) OK
- access to .../admin/, I got the auth window and entered "admin" and
"password". When sending this back (at 16:11:38 2001]), the segfault
showed up in the error_log:

Maybe THAT helps ;-).
