Hi khalil, I am not sure if all you need is implemented in OFBiz, but there is "Telecommunications" chapter in "The Data Model Resource Book", Vol 2 book. http://docs.ofbiz.org/display/OFBADMIN/OFBiz+Related+Books You can start your investigation from there and to compare the existing OFBiz data model with this in the book.
