if you are using the OOTB ofbiz then ant clean-all will remove the DB entirely if you have a external DB then you need to use what ever commands it needs to clear it. You have two choices at this point 1) change the demo data to reflect your information then re-install 2) use "ant run-install-extseed" to install just the seed and your data.
