Have you checked your settings? There you should see the list of synchronized folders on the "Account" tab. If you haven't changed anything already, "your entire owncloud account" will be the one synchronization set up there. Note that re-adding the synchronization of your ownCloud root folder does not make sense if you synchronize separate subfolders, as that would mean redundant synchronization...
