I mean in the modified "struts-tags.tld":

<name>checkboxlist</name>
   <tag-class>org.apache.struts2.views.jsp.ui.CheckboxListTag</tag-class>
   <body-content>JSP</body-content>

It seems nothing changed about the tag-class
