Thanks again for your answer.  When I was preparing my WIndows10
installation I did what you just suggest and the command

./cyginw-sshd-config.sh 'PASSWORD'

ran perfectly

I checked the service and it was running [I also did ssh form the
management node to the new computer using the private ip address]. I do not
understand why when making a new reservation it puts on disable mode the
cygsshd service.  An interesting issue is that if prior to the five minutes
that the user reserves a computer, I log to that computer and enable the
cygsshd, then the user can use the computer, but this is not a simple
process and requires identifying the computer that the VCL assigns to the
user.
