Hi Luis,

That sounds like a good start.  Try logging in to a VM that has been deployed 
but where cygwin sshd is still set to manual, and then open a command shell 
run as administrator.  In that command shell, run

c:\cygwin\home\root\VCL\Scripts\update_cygwin.cmd

That is what should be starting cygwin sshd and setting it to run 
automatically.  Look over the output for any errors.  You should see lots of 
"ERRORLEVEL: 0".  When I ran it, I did see one "ERRORLEVEL: 1", but that was 
when it tried to delete the 'VCL Update Cygwin' scheduled task, which 
shouldn't be preventing cygwin sshd from getting started.
