Hi all, I am trying to compile the following schema file into jar, but got "Document ipdr2.0.xsd is not a schema file" error.
http://www.ipdr.org/public/ipdr2.0.xsd I guess it is somehow related to the xmlns value " http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema";. Please help. thank you. Alex
