Thank you Radu for replying. I actually tried that before I posted this. Unfortunately the schema file doesn't comply with "http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema";.

Indeed, it's because the xmlns value is "http://www.w3.org/2000/10/XMLSchema"; instead of "http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema";.
