I don't want to speak for others, but in my experience this is not the kind of support provided by the community. Community support is provided on a volunteer basis free of charge and pretty much exclusively comes via written channels of communication (i.e. mailing lists, Slack, Jira, etc.). If you're looking for something beyond this I'd suggest browsing the Commercial Support options listed on the website [1]. If you're convinced you're hitting a bug then the absolute best thing you can do is report it [2] and provide the simplest way possible to reproduce the problem.
