Hi All,
As you know, AppFuse 2.1M1 uses (and requires) Maven 2.2.1.

Unfortunately, the M2Eclipse plugin for Eclipse 3.5.1 can just use an
embedded version of Maven that corresponds to Version 2.1 (see:
http://m2eclipse.sonatype.org/project-faq.html#16). It does not make any
use of env variables, like M2 or M2_HOME, so it is not possible to tell
it wich Maven installation must be used (see:
http://m2eclipse.sonatype.org/project-faq.html#9).

This leads to an unerasable Eclipse error message like: "Unable to build
project '/home/alex/etc.; it requires Maven version 2.2.1"

Of course, the AppFuse project can still be build and run with any
external version 2.2.1 of Maven, for example using a Maven launcher in
Eclipse.

Nevertheless, I wonder if it is possible to get rid of this error message.

Any suggestion?

Should I use a different Eclipse/Maven integrator? Which one?

Thanks for your attention.
