Hi Everybody, I'm kinda confused abt Fortress and Merlin. I just started with Avalon last evening. I understand ECM has been deprecated for Fortress. Now what's Merlin ? All the discussion in the forum seems to be going on mostly abt Merlin. And it is also listed in the containers section of Avalon.
http://avalon.apache.org/product/containers/index.html. Here Merlin definition points it to be a container and Fortress is defined as kinda framework. And the main tutorial on main Avalon site points out Phoenix and Cornerstone also. I'm am basically looking for the best starting point. And I would like to start with the Container/Framework or whatever, towards which Avalon technology is moving. I'm trying to learn Fortress anyways, but I would appreciate any thoughts. Or maybe I'm trying to know too much without actually learning and writing some stuff.
