For CentOS there is also the RDO repo from RH/Fedora that provides Openstack, but also Openvswitch as well as modified kernels and iproute utils that can handle VXLAN properly. e.g. https://repos.fedorapeople.org/repos/openstack/openstack-havana/epel-6/
