I guess that it will be very difficult to put KVM in production and then tell the clients that a VM snapshot is not possible. Not to mention that in our case, the high Solidfire cost imposes a better use. I know that this is not the right list to ask but is there a roadmap regarding this feature to be supported, by qemu I suppose?
