Regarding authentication, there is no index (beside the RDN index) that
is used. We directly are fetching the entry, and check the password.
There is no reason for authentication to be slow if there is some
missing index. There must be something else going on, and logs could
help understanding what.
Also it would be interesting to get some CPU stats.
