Now it's really crazy: I tried with an emulator Nexus 4 API 22 Android 5.1 and it works. Since API 21 Dalvik-VM is not used anymore; it's replaced by Android Runtime and it seems that is the reason. In addition Sony is not pure Android, I think - some manufacturer build their "own OS" - at least they modify. So ok, that means I can not use the Sony tablet anymore for my project..
