I would love to participate in an open source project, but I have no experience in creating plugins for Eclipse or time to learn now, but I think an IDE with good resources becomes more attractive language for new programmers. window components and drag components. the problem is the alignment of the components, it takes a long compile to see the swf in the browser.
I program in Java and Flex to 8 years, and use Flash Builder 4.6 in 32 bit mode, not like the 4.7 64-bit.
