We have also a lot of old WordPro-Files in my company. Some of them get opened by LibreOffice, but most of them do not and report an error message. So you still can't rely on this filter. We're keeping an old LotusSmartsuite inside an Virtual Machine, and transfer contents on demand via clipboard or DOC-Files...
