bangs head against wall. I'm in academia, they aren't going to buy me a copy of MS to use at home. I don't want to buy one. Who benefits? Bangs head again. *I* benefit, if LO can open and save docx with no probllems so that it is transparent. I normally ignore this kind of trolling, but as you rightly guessed, I've wasted several hours trying to get this to work and my patience is spent.
