Hi :) It's fairly obvious that Brian didn't say it. The line with Brian's name has just one > whereas the line with the comment has three >>>. Obviously Brian appears to have said soemthing but that has been chopped and someone else said the comment after but we don't know who without going back to the original email where it was first said.
