This was brought out in an earlier thread. Go to Print -> options
tab and check "Use only paper size from printer preferences."
That should enable paper sizes and orientation selection in the print
dialog.

Also, Click the Format Tab (at top of LO Page) about halfway down
the popup
is Page, Select that and you have a whole range of options, including
Landscape.

Now, if all that fails. I have had the same symptom under Opensuse. If I
select output as postscript instead of PDF it prints ok.
