Actually, you can't as -sync isn't available to jsv.
Thx, I wasn't aware of it. I can see a reason behind this as the
`qsub` forked already or not in some way. But it could at least be a
read-only parameter I would suggest.

qsub and jsv_script_interface at http://arc.liv.ac.uk/SGE/htmlman/
should now be correct about jsv params; jsv_include.{sh,tcl} were also
wrong.
