I also added an RFE to limit the call to one per slave (and allow multiplicaton 
of limits to get the total granted memory again), i.e. if you need one `qrsh 
-inherit ...` only, but start several threads by this on a slave:

It should be PE settinig, as it might depend on the type of parallel job.
