Hello Reuti, We use SoGE 8.1.8 (previously used SGE 6.1u6) at the moment. Not sure if SGE_NO_EXIT_MAIL=TRUE is effective with the version we use - do you recommend removing this variable?
Also I've noticed there was a ticket which marked as fixed with the same symptom here - https://arc.liv.ac.uk/trac/SGE/ticket/747 . We'll try the suggested for now. The lot of output is send to the terminal? Did you also try to redirect it to a file? You can also try to use "-noshell", as you start a binary. -- Reuti > > Do you familiar with this error, how can it be avoided? > > Any tips will be greatly appreciated. > Thank You. > > > > Yuri Burmachenko | Sr. Engineer | IT | Mellanox Technologies Ltd. > Work: +972 74 7236386 | Cell +972 54 7542188 |Fax: +972 4 959 3245 > Follow us on Twitter and Facebook > > _______________________________________________ > users mailing list > [email protected] > https://gridengine.org/mailman/listinfo/users _______________________________________________ users mailing list [email protected] https://gridengine.org/mailman/listinfo/users
