What Version of Apache are you using ?

If it is Apache 2.0.X than it should work.
Otherwise if it is Apache 2.2.x than it will not working, becuse for the Apache 2.2.x no Weblogic Plugin is yet available.

You can download the newest 9.1 binary and use the weblogic plugins for Apache from that version, perhaps they have now one. [A couple of weeks ago BEA Support told me they haven't].
