I'e had this problem too -- seems to be related to having win98... I'd go for either updating to an NT kernel (check out 2000 or XP -- not Vista), or a linux server. look at a LAMP (Linux Apache MySQL PHP) such as Ubuntu 6.06 Server with a LAMP install.
