You have a different radio model than the radio model that the "image" was captured from. You can only upload back to the same radio type as it came from (this is why the selection is 'greyed out'. You simply download from the target radio to create a CHIRP tab that is compatible with it. Don't forget to save the first successful download, unedited, to a file to be kept in a safe place as a backup. Then you either import the "image" from the source radio into this tab or you load the source image into a second tab allowing you to copy-and-paste the memory rows from the "source" tab to the "target" tab.
