John, That literally is not what Nigel said, it's not what Tom said, and it's not what I said.
I don't understand why you keep trying to assert we said your radio wasn't an FRS radio. An FRS radio can have fewer than every allocated frequency. An FRS radio can have programmable CTCSS tones and not have programmable frequencies. I hope this clears things up.
