I'm trying to get CHIRP legacy to run on a Walkabout Computers HH3 Hammerhead
Pen Tablet computer running Windows 2000. It appears to install correctly, but
when I launch CHIRP, I get an error message that says "chirpw.exe - Unable To
Locate DLL". It goes on to say that it could not find MSVCR90.dll in the
specified path. And then it gives a variety of directories. I can provide an
image of the error if needed. Thanks in advance for any assistance!
