There are micro PCs that cost only about $100 or less and would come with windows. I have one, A Kamrui model AK1PLUS that I got from amazon.com and it came with windows 11. I also have it configured to run fedora dual boot, but do not use it much.
Only booted to windows when I need to run those apps that only work on windows and otherwise run fedora. The suggestion above to use a vm for running windows is valid and does not cost anything if you download the windows iso for installation.
