Not at all, Scott. I believe that anyone using a radio with TX
capability should know, or knows the agent who knows, how to setup the,
obviously, non authorised tranciever. It would be irresponsible for
someone on the list to educate an unauthorised person to intercept or
Jam frequencies to which he is not permitted access.
