Hello list, This is going to come across as a dumb newbie question (because in this context it is), but...
How does one get to "having any business transmitting" without asking questions? I assume ham courses/exams are a good starting point, right? Genuinely curious because I'm considering expanding my FCC licenses and to be truthful, reading the FCC docs is just...well it's not something I'd set aside a Saturday to do.
