I agree with this overall call for unity.
(use hindi and the other 22 indian languages ..
use boss 3.0 .. use hindi keyboard .. i do !)
... but not this specific implementation.
All recent versions of mainstream distributions would support native
language computing just fine these days. Most of work was pushed
upstream (GNOME, KDE etc) and inherited by everyone. Recommending a
specific distribution for this is unnecessary and in fact actively harmful.

"BOSS Linux" is not a Linux distribution. It is a waste of my money as
tax by Government organizations without a clue. We can do better.
